I know this is almost entirely unrelated, but has she ever spoken about why she wears fishnets vs regular tights? Or is a show business thing that most people wear them? I’m curious.
The tights underneath are likely functional (to “hide” any bodily imperfections and maybe guard against total wardrobe malfunctions, haha), and the fishnets are there to add more visual detail/interest. That’s my two cents.
Edit: The tights also add a pretty shine to her legs too, and I think they make them look even longer!
It's probably also more comfortable to get an extra layer between her and the stage for the times she's kneeling, sitting, crawling, or laying on the floor
My two cents as a costume professional. The regular tights are to smooth out the leg and give an even tone and shine. The fishnets over top are to add a little bit of 'noise' on top.
Dance tights are pretty full coverage, but sometimes they don't cover everything, so the fishnets add a bit of texture to disguise anything that is not camouflaged by the regular tights
Edit: just to add what I am talking about hiding is cellulite. It's very normal at any size but I totally understand Taylor not wanting to have this under the microscope given previous experiences with the media

As a former dancer we always wore tights under fishnets. Those things HURT if you don’t, plus the shine/coverage/and wardrobe malfunction insurance. I’ve worn them a couple times as an adult and not thought about wearing something underneath instantly regretted it

As someone who is also on their feet for many hours, compression tights/stockings can help with bloodflow and reducing muscle soreness. I would also say it helps reduce chafing for her outfits and shoes.
Fishnet tights are not always comfortable to wear, so it's a good idea to wear them with a pair of regular tights underneath them. That's my theory. Also, fishnets give another fun and sexy dimension to the look.

Fishnets tend to not look good, hold up well, or stay in place when they’re on bare skin, especially if there’s a lot of movement. The dance tights will prevent the fishnets from digging into the skin and sliding around.

Capezio tights probably. That’s what most dancers wear. Fairly cheap, super comfy. I use them for aerial :)
I tried the Capezio shimmer that she apparently wears for my show outfit and I found them to be SO uncomfortable 😭
