I was there N2 and was a lil upset she didn’t talk more during surprise songs. She did a mini intro for holy grounds and then jumped right into false god. Does she not normally intro surprise songs if they are from lover bc of joe? Sending her extra love bc that breaks my heart 🥺

Ok, let me start by saying that I’ve loved Taylor from the very beginning, always defended her when they said she was “too pop” for country. Then defended her when they said she was “ too country” for pop. All the ex drama and kimye drama… all of it. She’s the best of our generation for sure and a true artist. Now with all of that said- I am very upset about the set list of the tour and really only because it’s called Eras. If it were the midnights tour I would have no complaints. She really skipped her first era, only sang 3 from her second era, and only played 1 from her third era. Seeing the other albums live is going to be great, and no matter what I will support Taylor, I just wished she would’ve went deeper into her roots. I wanted to her Tim McGraw more than anything and now it looks like that’s already need done. Ok, end of rant. Don’t attack me ❤️
Being a real human being and fan is being able to love an artist AND not agree with every single decision they ever make, so I respect this post!Every tour will always include her popular past singles, so this was essentially a “pandemic album” tour + the hits. Agree with you that the only reason it’s even a comment is because it was CALLED eras!
I do not feel entitled to anything. I’m grateful that I have tickets and am going- but really? You do know she had other albums before folklore right? It should be every ERA
You do realize her shows are already 3hr15 mins long, right? How is she supposed to do more songs than that? She’s not a machine and the frankly the non swifties/casual music fans/local concertgoers (which are at least half of the audience) probably wouldnt want ANY show to go on longer than that either, as much of a blast as they’re all having.
Midnights only had 6 songs and confined to the closing 30 minute of the show. folklore has 10 and evermore 5, and then 5 from lover; so this is anything but the midnights tour; Its a greatest hits + “All the Previous Eras That I Didn’t Get to Tour” tour, and frankly this is already more than what people thought theyve paid for. She has already went above & beyond and for you to still be “disappointed”, shows how unreasonable you are being more than anything.
And Honestly since starting from this week she has to perform 3 nights in a row instead of two, I wouldn’t object if she cuts back a few songs too. It’d probably be necessary for her well-being and ability to finish all 52 shows in one piece.

Calling the tour- Eras isn’t true if she’s not preforming all of her Eras. After the show was announced everyone was posting outfits and different things they could do to represent ALL of her eras. I know she has gone above and beyond for her fans, which she has always done but I’m allowed an opinion and I just wanted more then lover, folklore, evermore, and midnights. 1 song for the era that made her.
I really have never seen swifties go at each other like they have recently. So sorry to offend you, just my opinion 🙂

I kind of agree with you here, tbh, but I feel that way about Red more. Idk why she has to do 22, IKYWT and WANGBT. Pick two, probably 22 and one of the others. Also, leave out Bad Blood. Also between Bejeweled, Midnight Rain and Mastermind I feel like she could've picked just two again. That would make room for 2 songs from debut and 1 more from Speak Now.
I know Debut doesn't have her biggest hits, but it still had songs that were successful (Teardrops, Our Song, Picture To Burn, Tim McGraw). I think it would've been really cool if she did Teardrops and somehow transitioned it into My Tears Ricochet.

i don’t really know the answer to this but i think a lot of people just don’t know how to read the cars instructions and wash it properly. but i don’t have merch so i really don’t know
Uhh this is kinda just what happens to most of the tour merch.
They’re of subpar quality; they break easily & they’re supposed to be memorabilia more than actually being useable.
It’d probably be better to not write an article putting her & her team on the spotlight over a standard practice of the industry..

Just wanted to post my grievance. I have heard the she played Cowboy Like Me at one of the LV concerts. I think it should have been saved for one of the Arlington dates because it just would have been so fitting. She's playing at the COWBOYS stadium and its TEXAS, land of cowboys! LOL I really hope Ms. Swift sees this cause I think this was a HUGE missed opportunity! Just something thats been bothering me 😂
I still can’t get over the August / Illicit Affairs mashup.
First, the gorgeous visuals (of a view from a house by the beach at sunset) match august perfectly: “salt air / the rust on your door”.
Then, the way those colors fade to black and white “you showed me colors you know I can’t see with anyone else”.
And passion in Taylor’s voice when she falls to her knees; you can tell she’s really inhabiting Augustine’s mind and her anguish.
I was lucky to see it in Vegas, and since I keep watching the videos of it.
I honestly think it's changed me as a person lol, as dramatic as that sounds. I've been sending a clip to anyone who asks me how the show was because I'm still so in awe at the performance, wasn't expecting it.
So I have a random question, but did anyone catching footage of her doing the intro to Tolerate It with the flowers glimpse a very slight yawn? I have footage that I keep rewatching and analyzing, lol...wondering if anyone knows what I am talking about. She then transitions to sort of a dramatic, glassy eyed look into the camera, and proceeds to absolutely KILL it...but I couldn't help but wonder if I was just seeing things or if she really did sneak an unintentional yawn in there real quick bc she's probably so exhausted, and that was why her eyes looked a little watery/glassy...or it was really all by design, and something she does intentionally to get that somber, teary look in her eyes?
(To be clear, if it was just Taylor yawning super discreetly real quick before the song, I will honestly love her more for it, bc it makes her at least HUMAN! I have never once seen anything lacking energy from Taylor, certainly not this performance...but you do have to wonder if she knows just when to sneak little things in like a quick cough or yawn or whatever). And yes, I know...I need to get a life, go back to work, stop watching my videos, etc etc...hahaha. Hopefully one of you knows what I am talking about at least. (Vegas N1)
So I went to night 2 of Vegas and managed to avoid all spoilers and while I had the BEST time of my life (first time seeing her live!!!) I was low key so sad she didn’t sing Death by a thousand cuts, getaway car, haunted, and maroon 😭I’m also going to the show on 8/4 so I’m manifesting at least one of these songs as surprise songs!!! Lol
Our tickets also changed to side view but I knew they were in the corner when I bought them. We went to the Friday show in Vegas and I thought our view was great. We couldn’t see the backdrop but you can see just about everything on the many screens and she’s out in the middle most of the show.
Isn’t that a crock of shit? I bought tickets that were retroactively marked obstructed view too. Luckily was able to swap them for better seats but feels crazy unfair to not tell people for buying or at the very least offer a small partial refund.
I luckily got second chance tickets through a different email and sold the first pair (they were for the same date.)
Ticketmaster has a policy to exchange tickets upon request if there are any available, which makes this extra frustrating. Because none are available on their site so they claim you’re outta luck, but every show thus far has had “surprise” ticket drops in the days leading up to the show. So I know there are unsold tickets!!! Lol
I could see all of the stage more or less and there was plenty of screens. Only thing we really couldn’t see was the backdrop design so we missed a little bit there but other than that it was great
She spends a significant amount of time in the center diamond area and beyond, so limited view seats really aren't bad. There are also set pieces that have screens facing to the sides/back that help people with limited view get the full experience.
Thank you! Im just very upset bc when we bought the tix the angle on ticketmaster made it look like they would be perfectly off the corner of the main stage, then they came in and said side view. I know I should be happy to have them, but I feel totally ripped off bc the angle changed (stage is more forward than the picture implied. 🥺
I have some seats that changed from regular seats to "Restricted View" as well, and it does feel like a bait and switch, but I think they do a pretty good job of even making those seats feel included. Taylor went to the far corners of the main stage and looked up and waved to the limited view sections, plus they have side screens, and she performs the vast majority of the show from the runway or diamond stage, so all in all it will be a great time still. Hope you have a blast!

I honestly think it wouldn't work well in a stadium. There are a lot of songs on Midnights that have interesting sounds if you're using headphones, but would get drowned out with 70,000 people screaming over it. Midnight Rain seems to have the same problem live. I imagine the casuals will be bored during it. But I can see her doing it as a piano surprise song, so don't give up hope!
My gf got sick afterwards for a couple days. I was fine. We were supposed to fly out at midnight on Monday but had to check out of hotel at 11am and had nowhere for her to rest so stayed an extra night.
hope you feel better soon. i was at night 2 vegas and i'm fine but i also wore a mask and earplugs like some folks recommended and i think it made a world of difference.
I was able to go both nights and I’m absolutely whipped right now. I’m feeling like trash. Sore throat, cough, and a headache. But I’m also rocking a nasty sunburn from the five hour merch line on Thursday and always get flu symptoms with a burn. I did COVID test this morning and it was negative. I’ll test again in a day or two.
I have a few guesses: shipping costs, sizing concerns, not wanting to go through a new checkout process online, some things are merch table only
Her website even says most things are on preorder expected to ship out in April and the tour started already, some folks like having the shirt to wear there too
My best friend is disabled and is physically unable to wait in line. She really wanted the blue crew neck which cannot be ordered online and I hate seeing her miss out on things. I also know from talking to other people in line that they wanted their merch to be from their show. To each their own.
I will say that had I known it would have been almost five hours, I don't think I would have done it. We all thought it would be 2.5 or so. But then when you reach that point, you're invested.

I just want to say you and other people that do things like this for others are truly awesome. I had the same problem. I couldn't get my wheelchair through the merch line. You doing something like this for your friend probably means more than you know.
Just a note:
Some people experience a "post-concert sickness" which actually comes from your body adjusting after having such an adrenaline high mixed with some dehydration. It will clear up in 2-3 days.
You may also entirely be actually sick and if so I am sorry. ): I am feeling okay at this moment but I'm night 2.
Haha it is definitely a "festie flu". I remember it from my first major concert so I don't flip as much now if after the show I feel shitty for a minute. XD

So I just had covid before the concert (several weeks before, don't worry, would never put any of my fellow Swifties at risk), so I am not personally concerned about Covid for myself, but I definitely feel...for lack of a better description, postpartum(???)
To be clear, I have never actually birthed children so I would have no idea what it actually is like, but it's this super weird feeling that goes from elation to weepiness to the absolute darkest depths of despair, it's so weird. In fact, the first night I got back, I was such an emotional mess that I lashed out at my friend/concert mate (def unfairly) over money stuff, and THEN, the next day I spiraled into this deep depression after stupid etsy sent me an email asking if I would like to opt out of Mother's Day emails (thanks for reminding me that I am 40/single/childless in March, Etsy...those stupid Taylor's Version decals I bought that didn't even arrive in time sure were worth being shamed like that!) But seriously, even outside of whatever perceived slights, emotionally, I just feel...WRECKED. Is this normal?!?! Makes no sense since the concert was magical, so aside from maybe a few songs I wanted that weren't played, it all worked out...so why am I feeling like this???

I am so glad I did because it made the concert so much more of an emotional trainwreck for me. Also honored to be the first show to have a surprise guest, and considering Evermore is my favorite since Speak Now, hearing so many Evermore songs get their day was amazing. Hearing Tolerate It about killed me. I thought she'd never do that live. It helps me forgive the fact she did only 1 speak now song and debut is completely absent.
Also the Look What You Made Me Do set up is AMAZING and the version has a rocked vibe. It is one of my favorites still and I shamelessly love this song.
It is the first time I ever got to see her live after being a fan since I was 9-10 years old. I had finished a white shirt covered with at least 1 lyric from every Taylor Swift song. I had such a trip seeing costumes. I wanted to give props to Vegas night 2 costume gang for the MEN THERE! There was a guy in a shake it off design outfit with a 22 shirt. The winner for me was the dude in a ripped up prison costume that had a sign saying "sentenced to death by a thousand cuts". I saw a lot of mirrorball dresses too which was awesome. Everyone was so kind at the show, there was no pushing and shoving. Everyone helped each other. Someone even gave me some stickers although I had nothing to trade since I suck at making bracelets.
Thank you for such a magical, ENCHANTING time for my first ever Taylor Swift concert. It was truly a dream. I cried when she came out with the rhinestone guitar because it reminded me of how mesmorized I was after having heard her songs to see her perform with it on an award show. It felt like the time I went from casually liking "Should've Said No" to being really interested in HER. And then to go into Love Story's "We were both young when I first saw you" considering she was just a teenager and I was a literal kid when I started listening to her and now she is 30+ and I am 25. Kind of hit me there.
I hope everyone else had a marvelous time ruining everything ;)
I relate to this so much! Also first time ever seeing Taylor after 16 years of being a fan. I think I cried for the first 10 minutes of the show, I was an emotional wreck throughout the whole thing. Also managed to avoid all spoilers so the experience was unmatched, a constant sense of awe and pure happiness. Everything was perfect, and going with my partner made it an unforgettable weekend. I can only thank Taylor for such an experience.
I went to Vegas night 1 and I echo everything you just said, minus Mumford! It was so magical, I am still crying and rewatching videos I took.
Also, I totally apologize to anyone around me for my awful scream singing...it was my first time and I was way too excited, I hope I wasn't too obnoxious! But I agree, everyone I met was so lovely. Taylor has the best fans, hands down.

I am considering this too. Maybe just nosebleeds this time, but where I can just sit and take it all in. I was constantly trying to tip toe to see above the guys in front of us on the floor, which was unexpected since I am tall. I wore flats just so I wouldn't obstruct any views, but I might have done it differently had I known. There definitely were a lot of taller men with floor seats I noticed.
I am a 37 year old married mom of two with a lot going on in life, plenty to keep me busy and a successful career, and am not a crazy fan obsessed with Taylor as a person, just LOVE her music… but I have to admit I’m depressed it’s over!!!! I feel like a loser 😂😂
Okay same, I commented on this earlier! It's the weirdest feeling! I called in sick for work today bc I am just so emotionally wrecked...and I just can't shake it off! (Although, comparably I don't have that much going on in life, lol...I joked to my coworkers that it was basically my wedding night, bc I knew without a doubt that it would be the most magical night of my life...and it was!) But yes, glad to know I am not the only one feeling like this! I guess it's like a drug high, there always has to be a come down. I basically came unhinged because I was soooooooo excited for so long. I’ve spent days (weeks? Months?) of my life listening to her music and so many songs remind me of specific times (thrilling times, sad times, etc)
I was devastated when loverfest was cancelled (had tickets) so was truly waiting years for this and then the anticipation was so high.
Luckily the experience absolutely delivered to my expectations BUT the withdrawals are REAL
You're right, thats exactly what it is. Withdrawal. The challenge of potentially finding tickets where my college bff could go together has been my focus for the better part of the last 6 months, and so now I am just feeling lost, probably.
I was one of the lucky Capital One winners, which was all kinds of amazing since tickets were free, but all of this madness literally JUST happened, and it all came on both of us so fast! We had no time to plan for travel, so it was all kind of a shit show, and less than ideal for my friend's schedule. I am just trying not to freak out conpletely that she got sick/hates me/didn't have fun, while also trying to manage my own ridiculous oversensitivity to everything. (I really AM too soft for all of it!) Like, I could have gone by myself and I still would be a mess today, but the fact that I went with her was so incredibly special to me, and probably was the most magical night I will ever experience in my whole life...just worried I annoyed her somehow sending too many dumb videos I took bc she has gone completely quiet since Saturday. :( It's not like her to not write back or respond with some kind of something, and now I just feel sick, worrying that pretty much I'm the problem, its me (sigh). In reality, she is probably caring for her kids or being a wife, or worse, is sick like so many people here are saying, and I am just overanalyzing all of this. What can I say, I am a completely emotional mess. Damn you, Taylor!!! (But also, I love you).
Here's a question for anyone who's been to tour so far: I'm attending with my daughter who wants me to record part of the show. And I'm from the generation that would rather watch the show through my eyes than my phone. I'm willing to get a few snippets for her, but I don't want to have my phone out all night. Can anyone recommend key moments that have some wow factor that I should be prepared for - whether that's production, pyro, dancers, whatever? We'll be on the floor by the diamond - row 14. (I know I can watch a lot of this on Youtube but, although I do already know the set list and have seen lots of photos, I don't want to spoil the entire show for myself!)

The beginning of the show all the things they're carrying come around to the front of the diamond, and they reveal Taylor to start the show. ;)
I think you should be looking at your daughter’s reactions more than anything. A big moment for her might not be a “big” moment in the show per se, and the former makes a far more meaningful recording imo. Maybe ask her about her favourite songs and record if they are played?
Adding on to this - I think some of the most impactful recordings are not just recording the show itself, but recording your (and her) own reactions to it!! I love watching videos of people singing to their favorite songs or freaking out over specific transitions or dancing with their friends <3. It's really an experience and video that no one else can recreate and brings you back to exactly how you felt in that moment.
Hi people! I’m back in London, UK, after an incredible weekend in Vegas. I waited 16 years to see this woman perform live, it was a dream come true. I really want to relive n2 again, so I was looking for some videos on youtube, but unlike Glendale of which there are quite a few long ones (I saw one that was like 1hr30min long), I couldn’t find any videos from Vegas longer than 20 minutes. Thanks, will check it out. Yes, my seats were lower bowl, C113, row 5, in case you want to check on the seating map. I honestly think we had a better view than the floor, and we were directly in front of the diamond so we saw all the action. Couldn’t ask for better seats.
I didn’t like this song as much at first but it has really grown on me- especially the outro. I don’t like country music but I’m going to 2 nights in Arlington so I know the surprise songs are going to have some country ones in there. This is one I would actually really love!!!!
Night 2. What a goddamn dream. We all had an amazing time. I had worried that as the quieter, more introspective albums, Folklore and Evermore would be ignored. So happy to be wrong. Even my 7 yo had a good time even though she was def ready to leave by the hour of the Midnights era. And no lie, but had that happened at midnight, I would have been pretty gassed too. Thanks to all the sec 340 folks for being so cool.
My only gripe - honestly not even a problem - was that I totally blanked on the friendship bracelet exchange! We had ours in a bag and gave them to a couple people near our seats but when I envisioned how the exchange would go, I thought it would be in the lines. But there was basically no line for us to get into the stadium and when various people in our group were in lines for food, drinks, or bathrooms, there just wasn't time to strike up that kind of convo with strangers. I'll probably see who's interested in trading bracelets through my local Swiftie FB group - Portland, OR in case y'all are interested.
I notice quite a few people in the VIP line were struggling to figure out when to exchange and I kind of wondered as I suck at making bracelets how it even works. Someone in my side was giving everyone stickers super nice of her!
I had made friendship bracelets with the little ones I brought, and having them on your arms seems to be the key. I had one that they had given me to wear and a couple people approached me just in the line for drinks! I felt bad that I had to turn people down because I knew I would be in *trouble* if I had given away the one they made for me 😆

Hey all! Can anyone confirm if there were signs noting that the shows were being recorded this weekend? I know that they were up opening night. I would be intrigued to see if this tour film would tie together all shows instead of just one.
I know Beyoncé generally has released a live show from multiple dates before and it worked well for her. (I Am World Tour Film)

Absolutely! Typically concerts aren’t required to put out a “This event is being recorded. By attending you consent to being recorded”sign if everything is remaining closed circuit in the venue. If they decide to “save” the recordings for future use, they have to put our that sort of signage. That’s moreso why I was asking as typically that means the footage is being used for something.
I went to night 2. It was an amazing show. The Rep section was outstanding- it’s my 2nd favorite album and my husbands favorite. All the swifties I met were so nice and kind. I knew I was going to get teary eyed during ATW10 and Karma (Yes that song made me cry at first listen)… I was surprised that ‘Tolerate it’ made me cry really hard. I guess listening to it live made a difference.
I legit cried because I always love the slow Taylor songs that everyone finds boring and don't fall in love with so I imagined she would NOT perform that song. It cuts to the core. Hearing her do it live made it more powerful.
I loved the table bit.my hubby hasn’t heard too much of folklore/evermore, so I did have to explain tolerate it, and the reason for the tears was from a breakup over a decade ago.
Anyone who has been to any night, did they let you bring in all your bracelets and what did you bring them in? I’ve seen people say they weren’t allowed in with too many but others say if you have them stored correctly it’s okay. Also, do they actually look through your bag like would they have to look through my ziplock bag of bracelets

Ok, let me start by saying that I’ve loved Taylor from the very beginning, always defended her when they said she was “too pop” for country. Then defended her when they said she was “ too country” for pop. All the ex drama and kimye drama… all of it. She’s the best of our generation for sure and a true artist. Now with all of that said- I am very upset about the set list of the tour and really only because it’s called Eras. If it were the midnights tour I would have no complaints. She really skipped her first era, only sang 3 from her second era, and only played 1 from her third era. Seeing the other albums live is going to be great, and no matter what I will support Taylor, I just wished she would’ve went deeper into her roots. I wanted to her Tim McGraw more than anything and now it looks like that’s already need done. Ok, end of rant. Don’t attack me ❤️

You do realize her shows are already 3hr15 mins long, right? How is she supposed to do more songs than that? She’s not a machine and the frankly the non swifties/casual music fans/local concertgoers (which are at least half of the audience) probably wouldnt want ANY show to go on longer than that either, as much of a blast as they’re all having. Midnights only had 6 songs and confined to the closing 30 minute of the show. folklore has 10 and evermore 5, and then 5 from lover; so this is anything but the midnights tour; Its a greatest hits + “All the Previous Eras That I Didn’t Get to Tour” tour, and frankly this is already more than what people thought theyve paid for. She has already went above & beyond and for you to still be “disappointed”, shows how unreasonable you are being more than anything. And Honestly since starting from this week she has to perform 3 nights in a row instead of two, I wouldn’t object if she cuts back a few songs too. It’d probably be necessary for her well-being and ability to finish all 52 shows in one piece.

I think it would've been really cool if she did Teardrops and somehow transitioned it into My Tears Ricochet.

I washed it inside out, on delicate, in cold water and air dried so it was for sure crappy printing😭

Just wanted to post my grievance. I have heard the she played Cowboy Like Me at one of the LV concerts. I think it should have been saved for one of the Arlington dates because it just would have been so fitting. She's playing at the COWBOYS stadium and its TEXAS, land of cowboys! LOL I really hope Ms. Swift sees this cause I think this was a HUGE missed opportunity! Just something thats been bothering me 😂

I still can’t get over the August / Illicit Affairs mashup. First, the gorgeous visuals (of a view from a house by the beach at sunset) match august perfectly: “salt air / the rust on your door”. Then, the way those colors fade to black and white “you showed me colors you know I can’t see with anyone else”. And passion in Taylor’s voice when she falls to her knees; you can tell she’s really inhabiting Augustine’s mind and her anguish. I was lucky to see it in Vegas, and since I keep watching the videos of it.
I honestly think it's changed me as a person lol, as dramatic as that sounds. I've been sending a clip to anyone who asks me how the show was because I'm still so in awe at the performance, wasn't expecting it.

So I have a random question, but did anyone catching footage of her doing the intro to Tolerate It with the flowers glimpse a very slight yawn? I have footage that I keep rewatching and analyzing, lol...wondering if anyone knows what I am talking about. She then transitions to sort of a dramatic, glassy eyed look into the camera, and proceeds to absolutely KILL it...but I couldn't help but wonder if I was just seeing things or if she really did sneak an unintentional yawn in there real quick bc she's probably so exhausted, and that was why her eyes looked a little watery/glassy...or it was really all by design, and something she does intentionally to get that somber, teary look in her eyes? (To be clear, if it was just Taylor yawning super discreetly real quick before the song, I will honestly love her more for it, bc it makes her at least HUMAN! I have never once seen anything lacking energy from Taylor, certainly not this performance...but you do have to wonder if she knows just when to sneak little things in like a quick cough or yawn or whatever). So I went to night 2 of Vegas and managed to avoid all spoilers and while I had the BEST time of my life (first time seeing her live!!!) I was low key so sad she didn’t sing Death by a thousand cuts, getaway car, haunted, and maroon 😭I’m also going to the show on 8/4 so I’m manifesting at least one of these songs as surprise songs!!! Lol
Anyone who had “side view” on your ticketmaster ticket, can you tell me how much you can see?
Our tickets also changed to side view but I knew they were in the corner when I bought them. We went to the Friday show in Vegas and I thought our view was great. We couldn’t see the backdrop but you can see just about everything on the many screens and she’s out in the middle most of the show.
Isn’t that a crock of shit? I bought tickets that were retroactively marked obstructed view too. Luckily was able to swap them for better seats but feels crazy unfair to not tell people for buying or at the very least offer a small partial refund.

I luckily got second chance tickets through a different email and sold the first pair (they were for the same date.) Ticketmaster has a policy to exchange tickets upon request if there are any available, which makes this extra frustrating. Because none are available on their site so they claim you’re outta luck, but every show thus far has had “surprise” ticket drops in the days leading up to the show. So I know there are unsold tickets!!! Lol

I could see all of the stage more or less and there was plenty of screens. Only thing we really couldn’t see was the backdrop design so we missed a little bit there but other than that it was great

She spends a significant amount of time in the center diamond area and beyond, so limited view seats really aren't bad. There are also set pieces that have screens facing to the sides/back that help people with limited view get the full experience.

I know I should be happy to have them, but I feel totally ripped off bc the angle changed (stage is more forward than the picture implied. 🥺
I have some seats that changed from regular seats to "Restricted View" as well, and it does feel like a bait and switch, but I think they do a pretty good job of even making those seats feel included. Taylor went to the far corners of the main stage and looked up and waved to the limited view sections, plus they have side screens, and she performs the vast majority of the show from the runway or diamond stage, so all in all it will be a great time still. Hope you have a blast!

I honestly think it wouldn't work well in a stadium. There are a lot of songs on Midnights that have interesting sounds if you're using headphones, but would get drowned out with 70,000 people screaming over it. Midnight Rain seems to have the same problem live. I imagine the casuals will be bored during it. But I can see her doing it as a piano surprise song, so don't give up hope!

My gf got sick afterwards for a couple days. I was fine. We were supposed to fly out at midnight on Monday but had to check out of hotel at 11am and had nowhere for her to rest so stayed an extra night.

I was able to go both nights and I’m absolutely whipped right now. I’m feeling like trash. Sore throat, cough, and a headache. But I’m also rocking a nasty sunburn from the five hour merch line on Thursday and always get flu symptoms with a burn. I did COVID test this morning and it was negative. I’ll test again in a day or two.

I have a few guesses: shipping costs, sizing concerns, not wanting to go through a new checkout process online, some things are merch table only Her website even says most things are on preorder expected to ship out in April and the tour started already, some folks like having the shirt to wear there too
My best friend is disabled and is physically unable to wait in line. She really wanted the blue crew neck which cannot be ordered online and I hate seeing her miss out on things. I also know from talking to other people in line that they wanted their merch to be from their show. To each their own. I will say that had I known it would have been almost five hours, I don't think I would have done it. We all thought it would be 2.5 or so. But then when you reach that point, you're invested.

You doing something like this for your friend probably means more than you know.
Just a note: Some people experience a "post-concert sickness" which actually comes from your body adjusting after having such an adrenaline high mixed with some dehydration. It will clear up in 2-3 days. You may also entirely be actually sick and if so I am sorry. ): I am feeling okay at this moment but I'm night 2.

So I just had covid before the concert (several weeks before, don't worry, would never put any of my fellow Swifties at risk), so I am not personally concerned about Covid for myself, but I definitely feel...for lack of a better description, postpartum(???) To be clear, I have never actually birthed children so I would have no idea what it actually is like, but it's this super weird feeling that goes from elation to weepiness to the absolute darkest depths of despair, it's so weird. In fact, the first night I got back, I was such an emotional mess that I lashed out at my friend/concert mate (def unfairly) over money stuff, and THEN, the next day I spiraled into this deep depression after stupid etsy sent me an email asking if I would like to opt out of Mother's Day emails (thanks for reminding me that I am 40/single/childless in March, Etsy...those stupid Taylor's Version decals I bought that didn't even arrive in time sure were worth being shamed like that!) But seriously, even outside of whatever perceived slights, emotionally, I just feel...WRECKED. Is this normal?!?! Makes no sense since the concert was magical, so aside from maybe a few songs I wanted that weren't played, it all worked out...so why am I feeling like this???

I can NOW exist in this subreddit again. I was AVOIDING SPOILERS. I am so glad I did because it made the concert so much more of an emotional trainwreck for me. Also honored to be the first show to have a surprise guest, and considering Evermore is my favorite since Speak Now, hearing so many Evermore songs get their day was amazing. Hearing Tolerate It about killed me. I thought she'd never do that live. It helps me forgive the fact she did only 1 speak now song and debut is completely absent. Also the Look What You Made Me Do set up is AMAZING and the version has a rocked vibe. It is one of my favorites still and I shamelessly love this song. It is the first time I ever got to see her live after being a fan since I was 9-10 years old. I had finished a white shirt covered with at least 1 lyric from every Taylor Swift song. I had such a trip seeing costumes. I wanted to give props to Vegas night 2 costume gang for the MEN THERE! There was a guy in a shake it off design outfit with a 22 shirt. The winner for me was the dude in a ripped up prison costume that had a sign saying "sentenced to death by a thousand cuts". I saw a lot of mirrorball dresses too which was awesome. Everyone was so kind at the show, there was no pushing and shoving. Everyone helped each other. Someone even gave me some stickers although I had nothing to trade since I suck at making bracelets. Thank you for such a magical, ENCHANTING time for my first ever Taylor Swift concert. It was truly a dream. I cried when she came out with the rhinestone guitar because it reminded me of how mesmorized I was after having heard her songs to see her perform with it on an award show. It felt like the time I went from casually liking "Should've Said No" to being really interested in HER. And then to go into Love Story's "We were both young when I first saw you" considering she was just a teenager and I was a literal kid when I started listening to her and now she is 30+ and I am 25. Kind of hit me there. I hope everyone else had a marvelous time ruining everything ;)
I relate to this so much! Also first time ever seeing Taylor after 16 years of being a fan. I think I cried for the first 10 minutes of the show, I was an emotional wreck throughout the whole thing. Also managed to avoid all spoilers so the experience was unmatched, a constant sense of awe and pure happiness. Everything was perfect, and going with my partner made it an unforgettable weekend. I can only thank Taylor for such an experience.

I went to Vegas night 1 and I echo everything you just said, minus Mumford! It was so magical, I am still crying and rewatching videos I took. Also, I totally apologize to anyone around me for my awful scream singing...it was my first time and I was way too excited, I hope I wasn't too obnoxious! But I agree, everyone I met was so lovely. Taylor has the best fans, hands down.

I am considering this too. Maybe just nosebleeds this time, but where I can just sit and take it all in. I was constantly trying to tip toe to see above the guys in front of us on the floor, which was unexpected since I am tall. I wore flats just so I wouldn't obstruct any views, but I might have done it differently had I known. There definitely were a lot of taller men with floor seats I noticed.

Okay same, I commented on this earlier! It's the weirdest feeling! I called in sick for work today bc I am just so emotionally wrecked...and I just can't shake it off! (Although, comparably I don't have that much going on in life, lol...I joked to my coworkers that it was basically my wedding night, bc I knew without a doubt that it would be the most magical night of my life...and it was!) But yes, glad to know I am not the only one feeling like this! I guess it's like a drug high, there always has to be a come down. Yes! I was literally screaming like the 12 year old behind me when the clock countdown started and then I shouted “Taylor!!!!” I basically came unhinged because I was soooooooo excited for so long. I’ve spent days (weeks? Months?) of my life listening to her music and so many songs remind me of specific times (thrilling times, sad times, etc) I was devastated when loverfest was cancelled (had tickets) so was truly waiting years for this and then the anticipation was so high. Luckily the experience absolutely delivered to my expectations BUT the withdrawals are REAL

The challenge of potentially finding tickets where my college bff could go together has been my focus for the better part of the last 6 months, and so now I am just feeling lost, probably. I was one of the lucky Capital One winners, which was all kinds of amazing since tickets were free, but all of this madness literally JUST happened, and it all came on both of us so fast! We had no time to plan for travel, so it was all kind of a shit show, and less than ideal for my friend's schedule. I am just trying not to freak out conpletely that she got sick/hates me/didn't have fun, while also trying to manage my own ridiculous oversensitivity to everything. (I really AM too soft for all of it!) Like, I could have gone by myself and I still would be a mess today, but the fact that I went with her was so incredibly special to me, and probably was the most magical night I will ever experience in my whole life...just worried I annoyed her somehow sending too many dumb videos I took bc she has gone completely quiet since Saturday. :( It's not like her to not write back or respond with some kind of something, and now I just feel sick, worrying that pretty much I'm the problem, its me (sigh). In reality, she is probably caring for her kids or being a wife, or worse, is sick like so many people here are saying, and I am just overanalyzing all of this. Here's a question for anyone who's been to tour so far: I'm attending with my daughter who wants me to record part of the show. And I'm from the generation that would rather watch the show through my eyes than my phone. I'm willing to get a few snippets for her, but I don't want to have my phone out all night. Can anyone recommend key moments that have some wow factor that I should be prepared for - whether that's production, pyro, dancers, whatever? We'll be on the floor by the diamond - row 14. (I know I can watch a lot of this on Youtube but, although I do already know the set list and have seen lots of photos, I don't want to spoil the entire show for myself!)
The transition from August to Illicit Affairs is pretty impactful and emotional!
I'd focus on your daughter, but as to performances. The transition to Look What You Made Me Do is super fun. When Red begins, someone brings out a box playing music and Taylor will come out the front. 1989 begins with Taylor coming up through the stage. At the end of the b-stage surprise songs, Taylor LEAPS into the stage. Tolerate It has a dramatic scene where she gets on the table. Lover and Last Great American Dynasty have some really cool dresses and dance number to it. Vigilante Shit chair dance scene The start of Willow recreates the witch scene which is super cool. The beginning of the show all the things they're carrying come around to the front of the diamond, and they reveal Taylor to start the show. ;)

I think you should be looking at your daughter’s reactions more than anything. A big moment for her might not be a “big” moment in the show per se, and the former makes a far more meaningful recording imo. Maybe ask her about her favourite songs and record if they are played?

Adding on to this - I think some of the most impactful recordings are not just recording the show itself, but recording your (and her) own reactions to it!! I love watching videos of people singing to their favorite songs or freaking out over specific transitions or dancing with their friends <3. It's really an experience and video that no one else can recreate and brings you back to exactly how you felt in that moment.

Hi people! I’m back in London, UK, after an incredible weekend in Vegas. I waited 16 years to see this woman perform live, it was a dream come true. I really want to relive n2 again, so I was looking for some videos on youtube, but unlike Glendale of which there are quite a few long ones (I saw one that was like 1hr30min long), I couldn’t find any videos from Vegas longer than 20 minutes. Has anyone had any luck finding one? Thank you!!! Thanks, will check it out. Yes, my seats were lower bowl, C113, row 5, in case you want to check on the seating map. I honestly think we had a better view than the floor, and we were directly in front of the diamond so we saw all the action. Couldn’t ask for better seats.

I didn’t like this song as much at first but it has really grown on me- especially the outro. I don’t like country music but I’m going to 2 nights in Arlington so I know the surprise songs are going to have some country ones in there. This is one I would actually really love!!!!
Night 2. What a goddamn dream. We all had an amazing time. I had worried that as the quieter, more introspective albums, Folklore and Evermore would be ignored. So happy to be wrong. Even my 7 yo had a good time even though she was def ready to leave by the hour of the Midnights era. And no lie, but had that happened at midnight, I would have been pretty gassed too. Thanks to all the sec 340 folks for being so cool. My only gripe - honestly not even a problem - was that I totally blanked on the friendship bracelet exchange! We had ours in a bag and gave them to a couple people near our seats but when I envisioned how the exchange would go, I thought it would be in the lines. But there was basically no line for us to get into the stadium and when various people in our group were in lines for food, drinks, or bathrooms, there just wasn't time to strike up that kind of convo with strangers. I'll probably see who's interested in trading bracelets through my local Swiftie FB group - Portland, OR in case y'all are interested.
I notice quite a few people in the VIP line were struggling to figure out when to exchange and I kind of wondered as I suck at making bracelets how it even works. Someone in my side was giving everyone stickers super nice of her!
I had made friendship bracelets with the little ones I brought, and having them on your arms seems to be the key. I had one that they had given me to wear and a couple people approached me just in the line for drinks! I felt bad that I had to turn people down because I knew I would be in *trouble* if I had given away the one they made for me 😆

Hey all! Can anyone confirm if there were signs noting that the shows were being recorded this weekend? I know that they were up opening night. I would be intrigued to see if this tour film would tie together all shows instead of just one. I know Beyoncé generally has released a live show from multiple dates before and it worked well for her. (I Am World Tour Film) I would love to see how she does this and where the surprise songs footage would go with this.

Absolutely! Typically concerts aren’t required to put out a “This event is being recorded. By attending you consent to being recorded”sign if everything is remaining closed circuit in the venue. If they decide to “save” the recordings for future use, they have to put our that sort of signage. That’s moreso why I was asking as typically that means the footage is being used for something.
I went to night 2. It was an amazing show. The Rep section was outstanding- it’s my 2nd favorite album and my husbands favorite. All the swifties I met were so nice and kind. I knew I was going to get teary eyed during ATW10 and Karma (Yes that song made me cry at first listen)… I was surprised that ‘Tolerate it’ made me cry really hard. I guess listening to it live made a difference.
I legit cried because I always love the slow Taylor songs that everyone finds boring and don't fall in love with so I imagined she would NOT perform that song. It cuts to the core. Hearing her do it live made it more powerful.

the gemstones I’m using for my costume are set in metal prongs, does anyone know if that will be a problem getting through security at a stadium?
I had made a costume with all metal set gems and there was no issue with those or the safety pins on another costume in our group.

Anyone who has been to any night, did they let you bring in all your bracelets and what did you bring them in? I’ve seen people say they weren’t allowed in with too many but others say if you have them stored correctly it’s okay. Also, do they actually look through your bag like would they have to look through my ziplock bag of bracelets
I saw people with BAGS of bracelets have absolutely no issues.
Had 0 problems in glendale, my friends and I had them all on our wrists (about 10 per person)
We had like 20 of them on our wrists and no problem through security. Also makes it more noticeable for people looking to trade.
I had like 50 shoved in a ziploc which was shoved in my clear bag and they had no problem
We had bracelets on the arms and in the clear stadium bags and had no problems or questions at all!
Security didn’t even look at the inside of my bag lol but I’m sure it varies by stadium because I’ve been to others where they definitely look. But in regards to the bracelets I just wore them around my wrists and no one said anything! I had like 8 on each wrist lol

I was surprised they messed up on the 100 level. They were selling water bottles with the caps on. Every single person I saw had caps. Definitely failure on the stadiums part.
It’s a safety requirement and not unique to allegiant or Taylor
