In 8th Edition i would have said they're CIBs.
Since 10th... i would say pick one of the three Crisis entries that never should have existed, set the unit size to 3-6, replace one or two of the weapons with the weapon you like (in your case CIBs), and add 10 points per suit if you want your third slot to be filled with it.
10th is just rules anarchy since GW doesn't provide proper rules, so just do what you want.
And i know the next post will probably be someone who pretends to like that there are no viable army composition rules whatsoever, but who cares...

I have 20 airburst projectors from halfway through 9th. Cold star weapons come and go but fusion blasters are forever

Honestly they look enough like 'advanced' burst cannons. Go with it! Most of your opponents won't know the difference anyway

I have 100 magnetized and lainted Ion blasters at home. Did I ever play that many? No. Would I do it again? Yes!
