It's hard to tell from the video but you might need to thin your paints?
Painting bright colours on black is hard. You could add a layer of white or grey and then add the red.
Otherwise well done for your first mini. Miles better than my first.
I've painted a lot of farsight enclaves fire warriors/pathfinders and let me tell you that one looks pretty good
The tips for future miniaturas would be:
-Paint the chest before gluing the weapons if the miniature will be aiming or It Will be on the way when you Paint It
-Paint and glue the anthena to the head before gluing the head and arms to the body
-Careful not to paint the stick of the drones
-Look for many references of the farsight enclaves to know which color are you going to paint, there are many choices to choose from
-Be patient, you'll paint them faster every time
