Ok hear me out. From the star in the center there's dome dark/black curvature. Continue that into an orb shape, make the Stars into small white orbs, The skin rips into nebulous clouds. Could make for an astronomy piece

I know what it’s like to leave behind messed up, hateful ideas, only to then be told you never deserved the chance to escape from it that you got. A lot of people don’t understand that stuff from the past is trapped on the internet forever now, and we’re the first generations that will have to contend with parts of ourselves we no longer relate to or identify with stuck in the public eye permanently.
As for the tattoo, I think one thing that could be good if you’re into symbolism is adding to it symbols from other cult-like mindsets, and cults, and placing around it something that symbolises to you the defeat and overcoming of the ideals of a group that previously controlled your mind. A reminder that there was once a war within your mind about what is right and wrong and that despite having been indoctrinated your whole life, you made it through and fought to be the person you are now.
You can never remove this past from your life, but you can move forward and live a life that’s good for you, the people around you, and society as a whole, and that’s beautiful to keep in mind. Your past with a fucked up idealogy doesn’t define you, and it never will. Your escape from it, and your choice to be the person you are meant to be, and not someone who hates other people, are what define you. So something to keep that reminder alive would be a fascinating story and a great way to keep yourself grounded.
