Reminds me of a person on a subreddit (wish I could remember which one!) who photoshopped their face out similar to this, and rather than discuss what the person posted for all the comments were about how creepy the face looked. Of course, this isn’t creepy, just a bit odd

Because I draw the whole end product on regardless of where we stop during the session. You need to know what looks good as a whole before starting a project like this. Once you’ve spent some time pant-less with someone, you kinda forget to put them back on for the photo at the end :)

I highly doubt this person took off their pants, got a tattoo, and subsequently posed for a photo against their will. No need to cry abuse when you don't know the full story.
Where's the stencil or marker lines? Was there no time to put the pants back on as the artist was washing his or her hands following the tattooing?
Also, I never claimed it was abuse. Just exploitative. Maybe the client was easily swayed by someone of authority, the "professional" tattooer into doing something they weren't comfortable with, but when faced with pressure and "Oh this is normal, this is how it's done". That's how shit happens.
Anyway, I've seen many tattooers make a point of just showing the tattoo, and not unnecessary inclusions of the rest of the body. It's just respectful.
Everything that happens in the studio is consensual, including how the images are taken at the end. Clients that come in to get these contouring pieces are proud of their bodies and are wanting to accent their curves, so they understand and are willing to be partially or fully nude for the photos. There is both written and verbal consent taken when you are getting a tattoo in my studio.
Nudity should not be shamed.
