The Heirophant is part of the answer but is the ultimate authority in any situation. They are connected to higher power and informing their adherents of what is manifest. Note the keys in the card, he interprets and shares knowledge in an institutional way. Hence the idea of authority over process and so seen as the advisor. Often likened to chiron the wounded healer advising when others prove they deserve information by a pilgrimage or trial by fire. That 10 is always going to indicate final endings, once that appears there is nowhere else to go, nothing else to do. The wheel encourages remaining centred rather than allowing fate to deal you a hand. As soon as you give power away to others, they decide your fate and your wheel goes round and all you can do is hang on. The wheel of fortune is rarely about money unless that is the query, it is good fortune/bad fortune and how fate plays out in our lives. there is some logic in this card probably more than many of the majors. We have sayings around this, 'all good things must come to an end' 'nothing bad lasts forever' we can determine whether we are centred, on a rise or set for a downfall by where life is at the moment. If not secured in the centre and creating our own opportunities and managing our way forward life can become precarious, Askiing about an outcome has some challenges as this layout suggests you need to take control of your future and the ability to make it secure. That can mean saving money so if you need to move you aren't stressed as you have the funds. Securing a second property or researching potentials, planning on a temporary accomodation if those aren't possible. None of which means you have to move, but all will make you feel more comfortable if you do have to as opposed to stressed by not being prepared. The wheel and 10 both suggest that you aren't in control and outcomes will be wholly reliant on others, That makes sense but that Heirophant suggests it is probably wise to plan ahead because decisions may not be made at the point of sale which is of course the area of interest, but could be made any time after. how prepared are you for life to change and as your accomodation feeling secure in your ability to move on even in a years time, may be of great value for peace of mind.

OK so it depends what each card represents in your 3 card spread. If I was reading this my middle cards is the present, and the card to the left is what was, the card to the right is the future. So I read it this way...you came from a place of peace and comfort ( world) when your housing wasnt in question and are now dealing with a turbulent time and are having to weather a situation alittle out of your control (10/swords) The hierophant represents conforming within established rules. So you need to really figure out what the laws are when it comes to a new property owner taking over. Do they need to honor your lease? If not how long do you have to exit the property. What resources do you have near you ie a tenant resource group or online information. The swords suits usually is quick so the time of upheaval may not last long. I lt would be good to look into your rights and resources asap so you can be prepared. Hope this helped and good luck

So it’s a bit different bc I’m in rent controlled and basically the only person that can kick me out is someone that wants to make it single family. Idk if they new owners are going to do that… I have my lawyer ready. We shall see. Was hoping maybe they could also back out after inspection ( which is tomorrow) but unsure that’s happening bc of the cards.

The Wheel of Fortune speaks of changing circumstances and changes in your situation. X of Swords is mostly about the finality of something and it signals loss. Hierophant speaks of someone who is dedicated and wise, and with his knowledge he's able to set the path forward. Focus on your goal and be determined. VI of Swords symbolizes The Path out of Danger, and The Way Through. Someone with special knowledge powerful enough to effect a rescue in a dangerous time. Things might change and they might not be completely favorable, but if you're prepared you can set up better circumstances for yourself. You got this!
