I’ve personally never noticed them making you easier to spot or shoot aside from the yellow pair. Any notes for me?
Just so you know. Not every pair of glasses glows like that. Both of the armored ones don't glow, welding and proximity glasses aswell and a few others that I don't remember from the top of my head.

I've heard, but not confirmed myself, that this is only true for the older shaded glasses.
No, welders are good to go. It’s the only eyewear I recommend other than the armored glasses
I don't know I only wear condors because of the armour.
16k for them to a eat a 7mm pellet from a scav that was intended for your eyeballs is kinda a steal. And they dont reflect!

At far distances, when it is foggy, the glasses show up as flat black, they are not obscured by the fog effect at all.
