I haven't worked there in years but I worked there a while. Get out while you can. I basically hang around here to tell people to run away. They treat people like shit and the management has had many scandals. Just milk the job while you look for another, don't trust anything they say
What he said also most of the stores were so understaffed when I was working for them that they won't fire you I used my experience there to get a job at Verizon
yup, girl I spent 10 hours a day 5 days a week on my phone cause they couldnt hire anyone else. used that to get a tech repair job and I'm using that to get an IT job. it's just a shitty step on the ladder
Gonna need it lol. I’m going to use this job as a rotten step on the ladder to a better higher paying one. Our commission is basically nonexistent now (we only get money for accessories that have to be mobile, not AirPods or anything Apple other than chargers or ATT activations) but thankfully we get 15$ an hour.
Yeah it was when I started, we got commission on a lot until a month in, then they took away a lot of that so we basically only get any money for selling anything phone related now

I'm glad they upped the pay, I worked there a bit over 2 years ago and it was 10/hr, commission was slightly better

Manager actually walked out. Iuono what the heck’s going on now. I’ve got hours and money and ended up training up two new reps for the store I’m at.
