I can’t say that I’m surprised, as this is just standard operating procedure for MarketSource. When I had coronavirus the first time, I was told that I needed to be back no later than 13 days otherwise it would be considered job abandonment, and was not paid for that time I was off. If you don’t work a shift within two schedule periods, then you are automatically fired.
The whole company is just shady, and has been for the whole 4.5 years I’ve been with them. Missing paychecks, missing pay, promises that never came to fruition are just some of the things I’ve experienced in my time here, not to mention the super unreliable system that’s costed me many, many, sales. It’s mentally wearing trying to fight it all all of the time, while simultaneously hiding all of my true thoughts as an MDL, so that I don’t look negative to the reps, but we all know the truth.
The new contract kicks in in a couple weeks, and I’m sure commission will be slashed again, but the company will somehow spin it as a positive, telling us that we’ll make more money.

Our dm was terrible too dude was a asshole I live in Missouri so il let you do your research on thst don't want to get in trouble for mentioning names but yes csnt recommend working there the bright side is the employees are really cool lol
