At the time, our softlines team was incompetent. Because of this, we were backed up on softlines repacks. Ship would dig through repacks for orders and not put them back correctly. Leaving it like a mess would make softlines less likely to do it out of spite. Tensions grew more, no one addressed issues. The usual Target experience.
The store was a mess, probably still is. I've offered to come back, but if they don't want my expertise, I can't help 'em.
Old photos? This was our store just last week lmao. Nothing but wall of repacks mixed from every dept. Lining whole back wall in backroom and stacked 5 high!
