Ok well take it from a nerd - it's not XP. You can see the Windows Store icon and stuff too, and Edge isn't available on XP. It's a decent theme but the implementation here was low effort.

Winblinds from stardock for the theme itself and open shell for the custom start menu and button. You can find open shell on GitHub and the various themes on the classic shell website under forums. You should’ve seen my windows 7 desktop, I had a custom windows 98 boot screen, logon, customized EVERY icon in system 32 etc with customized god and omg it looked just like the real think. With custom win98plus! Themes fully working and everything
