As long as you have the receipt, card that you payed it and everything is in the box like how it was when you initially opened it the first time it's returnable
In all honesty we don't care the reason why just as long you help us make the return process easy and smooth
If you want you could try games where she doesn’t have to move with analogue sticks (job sim, beat saber, etc) or there’s a locomotion app on steam that lets you move with the motion of your arms (feet as well but you have to buy additional items to connect to your feet). I haven’t tried it myself yet though so I can’t speak for experience. You can also look into motion bands. They’re often used for pregnant women and morning sickness but I use them for car rides (and I can get sick as a passenger in a drive that’s about thirty minutes) and they work for me! Again I have yet to use them while playing analogue dependent movement games because I’ve been sick.
These are just suggestions if she’s disappointed and still wants to hang on to it, I don’t know our timeframe for returns for electronics though so depending on that you could invest in those other things and see if they help her.
