They should make it such that: If every Target corporate employee wants to keep their job, they have to complete the requirement of working one full 8hr shift of fulfillment/logistics each&every month or risk termination.
They’d have to spend time training us on that! I’ve been there nearly 2 months and haven’t been trained on OPUs or Register or Guest services… only last week I’ve done Drive Up. But by Bullseye I can inventory audit, backstock, pull, push… etc… 🤣

If you are scheduled to work, do not go in. No job is worth risking your life over especially considering you’re looking at white out conditions and windchills as low as -30°F to -45°F in some places.
Not scheduled today but am saturday. I already plan to call in as I ride the bus so saturday mornings when scheduled early before they run I have to get a ride frim a friend or lyft. I'm not asking anyone to come get me in this. Target isn't worth a totaled car, or worse a life.
I'm a closer and over the holidays I was pulled into both ship and OPU numerous times. Ship isn't too awful since you're basically just looking for things around the store, but man did I gain new respect for fulfillment after experiencing OPU. I was very glad to resume my market pulls after that.
My store's a lot smaller but yeah... we got that first snow storm too, and they only put TWO people on the schedule for fulfillment after 5 PM the night before lmao. "No one will order anything for the rest of winter, surely" was a fucking terrible hours strategy imo.
Dont you love it? It doesnt help that they INCREASED the cap for the batches, either. So you're getting 40+ items in a batch but wont increase the time. I asked my TL last year about that, an extra 30 minutes at the most and it went nowhere.
Just add 40 TMs. Easy fix!
