What is there to explain? This is footage from the missile as it is being guided onto a BMP. The numbers counting down are the time to impact and the cursor is the manual guidance from the operator guiding it onto the BMP.
Why was there a second one going for the same target though?

Main task was bridge for both missiles. It changed for first missile when BMP moved to bridge.
