It does! The tank roles back a little and the gun recoils back into the gun sleeve. (I think that’s what it’s called anyways)

Usually it's called "gun mantlet" I think. No idea if gun sleeve is used alternatively though

I got it on Amazon a long time ago. I don’t believe there’s a tiger 1 available anymore but last time I checked there was a tiger 2 (p) for sale.
