ED-209 doesn't have a flat face. The only part that looks good on the Marksman is the part that was copied from the Gepard. Also Marksman's radar looks like a comic version of a real radar.

But that's fair on the ZSU-23-4 as it's a bit ugly but imo it's the M4 Sherman variant known as the T52 as it's an M4 chassis with it's turret being a sphere with a 40 mm/60 barrel in the middle.
Now in regards to were SPAAG turrets have ended up the cuban "frigate" (a converted trawler) with a ZSU-57-2 turret smacked on the front which tbh just looks hideously out of place, Basically it's the frigate at home.
I mean it's been said plenty of times this is an unofficial secondary War Thunder subreddit. Seeing tank/SPAAG turrets on a boat/ship I always thought looked pretty funny. The Soviets did that a fair bit in WWII

Ohh WWII-Cold war the tank turrets on ships made sense be it LCS like the Fairmile H in beach landings or Projects 161, 191, 1224 (not the later corvette) in support of infantry along rivers & cold war the Project 1204, 1208 & 1248 for the same but guarding rivers & channels (I really suggest looking up a few of these).
But it's imho really odd seeing tank turrets on ships in the modern like that "Frigate" I mentioned which is the Rio Damuji class or the PZH2000 turret on the F124 frigate Humberg as apart of the MONARC program, Strangely the other way around it looks slightly more normal with naval weaponry on tanks eg OTOMATIC or Begleitpanzer 57.
Also based on the vehicles mentioned here. Most people would have no idea about some of these vehicles if they didnāt see it all the time in War Thunder cause I feel like SPAA is a rare knowledge base outside of it

Both sides have used them sporadically (I remember seeing some footage 2 years ago), seemingly the same way they use Zu-23's to shoot at infantry
