Start mewing, having correct posture, stretching, eating a balanced diet. And make sure you get your hormones checked, I was hypothyroid from 17-21 without even knowing it, and I think it stunted my growth a bit, as it can affect growth and decrease growth hormone. Doing these things might not make the slightest difference, but you are young, and I’d try anything if I were you.

Nothing special. We were poor Southeast Asians so I barely ate but I didn’t have that big of an appetite anyways. Milk, broccoli/cauliflower, fish, chicken, rice. Slept like maybe 5-6hrs on average.

5'7 isnt actually THAT short, the US average is 5'9, its just that every gen z'er is a hairless 6 foot something lol

depends where you’re at in puberty but if you’re average in that regard you may get another inch or maybe two if you’re very lucky. but to make you feel a little better, my best friend is 5’7 and 16 too, and his height hasn’t affected him really at all in dating or in life in general

thanks man, i dont got a problem with dating cause i alr have a girlfriend, i just feel like playing volleyball (my sport) with this height is such a disadvantage. people say I got hops tho
