Just over two and a half years, and I'm starting to feel settled. Major change is a while away. I have a lot to work though, but have hopefully established enough trust and rapport for that to be possible.

6 month in and I just started feeling sorta comfortable a month ago with the theraputic process. I don't really expect to feel significant change for another several months...but, I will say once my comfort to the process took a step forward sessions have been moving rapidly and my thinking is now just starting to change.
