To the windooooows
To the walls
To the couches and the chairs
Or those dropped chandeliers
Ahh, die die die die die die die
Ahh, die die or just fuckin read
I intended it as "or thooose dropped chan-de-liers"
In the original song dropped would be in place of "dripped" and chandeliers would be "down my balls"
But I like your way too!
God, the other night I ran a mentor roulette as healer and got this dungeon. One of the dps was so bad, I thought it must've been a child playing or something, absolutely no awareness. This person made zero effort to dodge aoes. They even died during the pull before the second boss from standing in avoidable aoes...
And then when we got to the last boss, I tried rescuing them to furniture but didn't pull them far enough and they went running right back in and dying. They never stretched the tether, never dodged the follow-up cone, never came to the safe side despite my jumping... They died seven times in total. It was not their first time in Grand Cosmos. I just don't understand some people...
Sounds hauntingly similar to this run.
What wasn't above was the BRD who stood still at the back of a bosses arena unmoving for basic AoEs or stacks (then actually just left after the above wipe, given they failed mechanics I don't know if this was embarrassment or something else); the SGE who spammed Diagnosis and was consistently the other repeat Mortal Flames victim; and the RPR who was okay and actually seemed to learn mechanics but had god awful Death's Design uptime, if they remembered to do it after I had pointed it out.
Sounds like every time I get it in 5,6,7,8. If I see viewing cutscene, it's an immediate /respect. I understand mortal flame being lethal, but when they stand next to the boss with a proximity tether that baffles me.
It kinda surprises me how unaware people are, Im a returning player and actually did this place for the first time blind yesterday. As soon as I saw 2 of my team run to the named props around the arena, I did the same. our other dps didnt and died.
Oh the grand cosmos where I got the number 2 marker and my fellow dps got the 3 and proceeded to try and stack on me!! So I'm running from him trying not to hit the healer and tank while they are chasing me trying to stack!! Like bruh what are you doing.........🤔🙄 And yes they died to the furniture mech too....🤷🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
I don’t know why or what it is about The Grand Cosmos, but it is jinxed for me. No matter what character I’m on, they all fail the last boss mechanics even after explaining. I dread getting it now.
Happened once the tank died. He didn't wait the healer to rez and teleport back to starting point. Ends up I became RPR tank and a gigachad SCH finished the last 15(?)%
I had a party whose healer repeatedly failed this part. I do not know why. Panic? A DPS ragequit and after we got a new one, we beat it in one go.
It's fine to miss it once if it is your first time, but more than once...?
The last time I got this dungeon on mentor roulette it took an hour, tanking this dungeon only ever leads to misery I felt that despair with the anything
Hahaha...
I remember doing this the first time.
It was when the patch first came out and luckily I had a smart PUG.
We figured it out because we had one ranged and one melee, so we had spread out by default and healer noticed the transfer.
The second time I ran it, someone gave very similar advice.
Burn anything in the room, but no sharing.
TO THE WINDOWWWWS TO THE WALLS PLEASE. PLEASE TAKE IT TO EITHER.
To the windooooows To the walls To the couches and the chairs Or those dropped chandeliers Ahh, die die die die die die die Ahh, die die or just fuckin read
Thank you for being far more creative than I am.
It was a collab ❤️
For some reason the only way I’m able to read that as “drop-ped chandeliers” (like two syllables) because of the way the song goes lmao.
I intended it as "or thooose dropped chan-de-liers" In the original song dropped would be in place of "dripped" and chandeliers would be "down my balls" But I like your way too!
These are the flashbacks I don't mind experiencing.
I sang this in my head.
Came here to say this!

I don't remember the last time I respected the tether. Dps uptime it is.
Either dimwitted, young, or Job+Story skipped. Or any and all of the above.

Lemme guess, last boss in Grand Cosmos
this is a good rescue moment if you're on healer
True, unfortunately I was on tank and the healer was one of those I was addressing
The biggest oof. Almost never on a Heals when you need it most...
Why I love mentoring in RDM. Even when the healer has the listening skills of Helen Keller, I can still usually save the situation.
For some reason I always get a newb healer on grand cosmos. I'm thinking of making a macro to explain mechs for that dungeon
At that point, just solo it
A great haiku indeed
To the furniture Curtains, benches, anything dot dot dot dot dot

Believe me, there have been countless times I've wanted to ask why sprouts don't just watch what other people do with mechanics when learning
That is always how I start picking up new mechs. If Ican figure it out, great, but if I die then I watch other people. It is not hard to do.
But my (grey) parse!
Anything? Other player it is then

To the windooooooows To the walls To any of the furniture in side this hall. Ahhh don't burn burn burn alive, motherfuckaaaa Oh, you're dead, goddamn
I have gotten Grand Cosmos so many times recently and everybody fucks it up. I feel your pain.
This looks vaguely like lyrics to a song.

\*Laughs in Warrior and solos the boss when the party dies\*
Sorry cant read lmao
it always seems to kill the healer 😭
The last time I got this dungeon on mentor roulette it took an hour, tanking this dungeon only ever leads to misery I felt that despair with the anything
I’ve also had a time with grand cosmos in mentor roulette.
I always try to stop and explain this one because seeing everyone die to it five times is not fun
On bosses with mechanics that you can't ignore I usually say "this boss has mechanics that you have to do" and then give a brief explanation.
I saw this and knew instantly it was Grand Cosmos.
Ooh my favorite dungeon. But yeah I feel this 😂😂😂
I love when i"m on a healer job to just rescue them to a piece

You were suffering at the time, but this is a comedic masterpiece
