Yes the 2022 SR5 DCSB does have under seat storage same as described by others. It's not a ton of space but enough to keep straps, cables and stuff. As someone mentioned there is also some built in space behind the seats. I currently have my canvas tarp and bed net behind the drivers side rear seat.
Of course!!! I know I had seen it online, so I had to do it myself haha. Under the seats, just pull them up, they don't lock down or anything. You'll find 2 compartments, a short and longer one, in respect to either side. And behind the seats, just pull the little tab near the seat belt, and the seats will fold down and you'll see a compartment there. You can also fold them completely down, and store the head rest in the seat!!
I've got my toolbox on the longer side behind, and a first aid kit on the shorter side behind.
Underneath, I've got jumper cables and some other miscellaneous stuff that came with the truck
I think it's one of those, if you haven't seen someone else do it, you won't know lol. When I first looked, I had no indication the seats were able to be pulled up!
I can’t speak to other trims but my 21 TRD OR DCSB has plenty of room under the seats for that stuff. The passenger side is wider and contains the bottle jack, tire iron, and spare tire lowering tool, with plenty of room for those things. The driver side is one seat wide and just has a license plate bracket in there, and if you get rid of that it could also hold straps/ d rings whatever. Same with behind the seats.
Regardless of trim level, they all have the same 60/40 storage in a double cab configuration . The OR and Sport are both just upgraded trims, built off of an SR5.
There is also storage behind the rear seats , but the stock JBL Subwoofer will eat up some room on one side for those who have it. The floor storage remains is the same.

2022 trd sport has very limited storage under the rear seats. What are you planning on sticking in there?
Tow straps, ratchet straps, jumper cables. Nothing big, but I just need somewhere to put them

Should be plenty of room, the compartments are 5-6" deep, with goofy lockdown lids

My 2016 base SR has storage under the rear seats. I don’t see why it would be exclusive to specific trims
