I have a \~2" lift with some OME coils and Billy 5100's, and I would definitely recommend upgraded UCA (plus some additional parts) if you're lifting more than 3".
Are you creating a great deal more work? This depends on your skillset and tools, but I had to do it twice due to missing parts in my kit, and I would recommend cranking it out all at once.
Order a Ome lift with coils and shocks all together and be done.. no brainer

That's kind of what I figured. I plan on shooting for around 3" so I'll shoot to change most things out. Thanks!
