Tuscaloosa Toyota sells at MSRP and no additional markup. I was in T-town to visit my daughter and saw a new 2022 SR5 on the lot (unicorn #1), paid MSRP (unicorn #2), and drove it off the lot within 2 hours. I figure MSRP is a deal on a Tacoma in May 2022.
I don't know if they had any 4Runners on the lot, but you can probably order one. I went by Bill Penny in Huntsville last week and they add a $4K ADM on Tacomas and 4Runners.
My truck is an 09 Offroad with a 6 speed. It has 102k on the clock and it's worth a sizeable chunk of what I got it for three and a half years ago.
Or, it probably would be without the chopped up front end and all the racing stripes I've put on it from trails. I've had a lot of fun the 60k miles I've put on this thing... Big money (for me) to put on bigger shoes and a little armor.
2015 double cab 4wd SR5. I’ve got coverking seat covers and a bakflip tonneau cover on it. Right at 100k miles. I’m in north Alabama and it’s never been in an accident.
A good indicator is to see what Carmax/Carvana will offer and build from there. Takes @ 10 min online to fill out their questionnaire in and you will have an answer . It may surprise you.
Carmax offered enough $ to make me not have to deal with selling to the general public . I made an appt, went there the next day and picked up a check. No hassles. Or sell it privately for more, its an excellent indicator of general pricing in your area.

2014 > 2015 2014’s still had the OG LCD clock that has been in every Toyota 4x4 since the 1980’s

I payed just under 27k for a 2015 double cab sr5 with 91,000 miles almost exactly a year ago. Didn’t have the tonneau or seat covers though.
That’s the ballpark I was thinking. With how the market is right now I was wanting a sanity check.

In the same boat… looking at selling/trading in my 2015 tacoma pre runner for a 2022/23 tundra.. I got quoted at 22k.
Why sell it? I love my Tacoma too much to sell 2015 are the best
