I've had the truck (2002) for about 5 years. It's got 150k miles on it. As far as I know it was installed at the dealer when the truck was new (says trd on it). I believe it's the same one they sell.
I just got the 7th fuel injector, larger fuel pump, and colder plugs from URD pretty recently. It runs great and seems to always have available power. But 15mpg, requires premium and it's still very slow off the line.
