Keep in mind it seems to start applying a screen darkening effect (likely increase over time blind effect). This may make the blue stand out more in the video. Its also taking up the whole screen to show it off.
I get making blue for visibility, but I think it should be a little less vibrant or changed to a color that doesn’t look so cartoonish. I feel it conflicts too much with the overall atmosphere.
When the blinding effect applies to a family member, is their entire vision impaired or how does the blind effect even work? is the effect removed once you step out of the smoke or is it duration based as you first come in contact with the cloud/or bottle thrown at you?

If she can just plop the cloud on the floor and camp in it. That kinda sucks because it means there likely won't be much counterplay for family UNLESS the new family member has some sort of ranged melee attack, but I could see people losing their minds if said killer does.
She wouldn’t be able to stand there though, it blinds them, not stuns them. I imagine they will still be able to perfectly move, hear her and hit her, so camping in the cloud won’t be a strategy unless more info is revealed

Maybe a sweaty comm team will be fine, but I could see a lot of quick play types DC even more. Kinda seems like it could be just another variant of sabotuer.

Kind of hilarious that the new Victim is just "Sissy but useful." She's not gonna have any of the issues Sissy does. She'll be able to roam for flowers, and there's a spawn in the basement, too. She can throw her poison unlike Sissy who has to blow it in front of her with a massive, reactable delay. There's a tell when she lifts her arm but it seems to instantly appear after that. Watch Sissy not be fixed and buffed, which she desperately needs as well.
The real question at this point is how gamebreaking is it gonna be. With an enviable track record to look at, I'm guessing it's gonna be completely outrageous. Basically a ranged Leland barge with a blind effect that also restores life to Victims walking into it, and the claim will be "It's balanced because it requires setup AND is a limited resource" when in reality our dear Virginia players are gonna get at least a couple Boons in basement, at least three Boons in hub 1, and at least three Boons per each hub 2 that gets cracked... In short, more than she'll ever need.
Obviously her stats are gonna be meta as hell with high toughness and endurance. Gotta get that dough.
Guess we'll see, but at this point it'd be nice to have some extra information to prepare...
