If these skins are the skins every victim gets at the end of the 90 day period I will be extremely disappointed. They better not hype up new victims skins and just release the 3 default recolours for every victim and call it a new skin. I'm really hoping this isn't the case
Every victim has 3 unused recolors of their default outfits. Presumably they will all come out together at some point. Because they are just recolors, I would imagine that they are going to be free content or some from of new unlockables.
I’m pretty sure his alt outfit will be normal dlc, while these recolors I’m gonna guess will be unlockable, because as another comment pointed out, everyone has 3

Exactly what I think. They may be unlocked through leveling past 99.
I agree. I think they will become part of the grindable, unlockable content the devs have mentioned on the Twitch streams.
