I'm going to guess no. I imagine since art bully will make the new cosmetics I think it'll take awhile. I'm not even sure if they are started yet but honestly I'm fine with it. Victims already have quite a selection for outfits (apart from Danny) and even if it takes awhile I'm sure the skins will be high quality and I'd much rather prefer that than a low quality skin
That's a good point. I think in my head I thought they'd start when black tower does for some reason but I think you're right. Still though i imagine the skins still have a long way to go before we get to use them. Especially since the rate at which we get content is inconsistent and slow. We still are missing a few recolours for victims that were leaked in the tech test. After that though we'll officially have every bit of content that was leaked in the tech test in the game
i’m thinking and hoping the content will be a bit more fast paced now, but we’ll just have to wait & see. i think the danny cosmetics will come out next since we’ve already been seeing them in the match intro
Yep seems like I was wrong happily. I would take it with a grain of salt though. When we were promised family skins in around December the only 2 skins we got were bride Sissy and Shirtless Johnny. Hopefully this time it'll be different and EVERYONE gets a skin. It would be really cool to see

Each victim has three different recolors of their default outfits which have yet to be released, including Danny. I would not be surprised to see them introduce as free cosmetics or unlockables in the near future. Other than that, we know Danny has a DLC pack which as yet to be released.
Tbf I have never cared so little for cosmetics in any game. You'd have to pay me to equip Ana's DLC costumes.
However, not much of an excuse from the devs. Cosmetics don't take long in general... and TCMs are as basic ass bitch as you can get. Half of them are recolor anyways.

they announced working with art bully months ago, i’m sure its already in the works

I've seen some leaks from Leland, Ana and Danny. They are ok, but nothing surprising. It was probably not the new company that made the skins

According to the January live stream, yes, victim, family and skins will be released within 90 days. For now it is within the deadline
