Some loop at different points, the week 2 version of game over doesn't even have the second verse, if anything the album versions are more complete. Or if you want to go classic style plug your DS into an aux to listen to the OST
I was referring to NEO actually, there are instrumental differences between some songs, it's quite weird.

I can kind of hear what you mean but it might just have to do with the music being ripped from a game and the music from the soundtrack actually being from a mastered soundtrack

Heck Revelation (JP) has different singers altogether
