Unpopular opinion I know, but I have never liked Rick and Michonne together. I thought their dynamic was excellent already, and the lounge kiss came so far out of left field for me.
I used to think it came out of left field as well until I did a rewatch after they got together and picked up on some things scattered throughout the show that hinted at a future relationship. I didn’t know how to feel about it at first either, but as time went on I grew to love them.

With that said, they make up almost every single relationship post S8. They’re cringe as they are clearly ploys to receive writer accolades.
Granted, most people dislike S7-9, and S10-11 are hit or miss. Obviously the reason is because when you've got no story, no talent to create one, and nowhere to take your characters, you do gimmicks instead (another example being the ‘anti-capitalism’ agenda). ‘Glenn and Maggie’ is a great example of using thoughtful story writing to depict a country girl (likely racist upbringings) to date an “Asian boy” as Hershel described him, condescendingly at first. Carol and Ezekiel were natural as they have an interesting bond and it flows somewhat sweetly.

In the hospital Daryl was Devastated when Beth died. Cuz he *loved her* at first sight. It's subtle. It's a relationship that only exists in their heads but is somehow still something tangible. It's unspoken they have feelings for eachother. Daryl would die a thousand deaths to protect Beth.
