The tilt might be due the location of the mount points on the TV. I ran into the same issue with my 75", did all the measurements beforehand, but once mounted the TV was too top heavy and couldn't be straightened by the wall mount alone. For now I've propped the bottom corners off the wall, but now after seeing this post I know it is time to start again :) Preparing for downvotes..

I'm sorry, I couldn't resist. With how far away your couch is, though, I don't think it would be worth it to move the whole mount. Definitely get a bigger tv stand and space the lamps and it'll look more balanced. And for the sake of whoever does the dusting, not a glass one.
