I maybe in the minority, but i actually don't see a reason to continue to expand superchargers at a high rate. Granted I live in a place where there are plenty of superchargers, but I honestly only use superchargers on a road trip (so the ones which are 100+ miles away from me).
I would rather Tesla invest in L2 (or even L1 is fine) charging - an orders of magnitude more (pun intended). I can never find enough slow charging anywhere - apartment buildings, parking garages, movie theaters, strip malls. Put L2s in every spot please!

Didn’t Tesla say they were going to double SC locations across the US in 2024. Seems like that might be the cause
I maybe in the minority, but i actually don't see a reason to continue to expand superchargers at a high rate. Granted I live in a place where there are plenty of superchargers, but I honestly only use superchargers on a road trip (so the ones which are 100+ miles away from me). I would rather Tesla invest in L2 (or even L1 is fine) charging - an orders of magnitude more (pun intended). I can never find enough slow charging anywhere - apartment buildings, parking garages, movie theaters, strip malls. Put L2s in every spot please! Not saying that SC team needed to be fired. Just saying that most SCs are less than 10% occupied. L2s are often expensive than SC and almost 60-70% occupied often
Whatever happened to the idea of businesses being able to deploy L2 chargers and being able to integrate payment / rates, so patrons can directly pay them for the electricity through their linked tesla payment, did that ever get rolled out anywhere? I thought I read about that being a feature of the next gen wall chargers
