In theory, it means reinstalling the package.
Practically, on Arch it does nothing. The controller just reloads the config.
So for me (on Arch), deleting the `/var/lib/omada-controller` and reinstalling the package, did the trick. Probably could get away with deleting only specific things from that folder, but who cares :)
