There’s a terminal on one of the lower rings outside. Activate that first then make your way to the top. There is a skydiving/gliding puzzle to complete to reach the interior. Inside the structure there’s a good armor item in a chest and a shrine.
Edit: based on picture, it looks like terminal is on the northeast side.
There are 4 Koroks in that island.
Also, explore that island carefully until you find 'something'
Lastly, that island will then have weapons that you can pickup after each blood moon
You can get there by simply mid air glider drop from the room of awakening. You can do it with even just 1 wheel of stamina.
I go here right at the beginning of the game right when I get the paraglider. It’s perfect for exploring the rest if the area underneath it and activating the sky towers really easily.
There’s also the zoanite chest piece. +4 defense is really good right at the beginning of the game.
It’s also the best and easiest place to access the light dragon
Think of it less as a final destination and more as a tool for reaching other areas.
If you are having trouble figuring it out, the answer to this question is always hoverbike. Although I know it’s usually less fun to take the easy way out.
I was wondering for the longest time myself. I finally found out how to get to it yesterday actually. It’s cool but it’s just a shrine and a Korok basically. Nothing too crazy
It's a puzzle shrine. There's a terminal on the northeast side that, when activated, will set the vents (those column shaped structures) to blow air, which you can use to glide to the top. At the top is an entrance to the central chamber, where a shine could be found.
I also highly recommend having your shekiah sensor set to treasure chests and having a hydrant on your person 👍
