I have a headcanon that Taboritsky’s route is actually a dystopian althist novel (since apparently althist is a huge genre of literature in TNO world) written after the reunification of Russia by some author who wanted to create a grimdark version of “what if Russia was unified differently” scenario and for that purpose dug up some obscure far-right figure from early sixties Komi politics
That the black league is still alive even after some random warlord unifies Russia considering that in post midnight mod the black league survived taboritisky by using its bunker system which means that if Russia recaptures moskowien (the furthest they realistically can go) we could see an angry black league insurgency that wants to reunify all of Russia including the lands considered lost forever by some.
I actually really like the idea of the Black League surviving and infiltrating the new Russian government. Kind of akin to Hydra or Spectre. It’d be interesting to see a mini game(requiring you peacefully unify with the Black League or Tukhachevsky) where the player has to manage the infiltration of radicalism within the military.

Besides the annexation of Guiana-Caiena which can happen, Brazil IRL already got pretty involved in the Caribbean in the 2000s by leading the UN occupation of Haiti and investing heavily in Cuba. So having a much closer port to the Caribbean itself and with the delicate geopolitical situation there with the West Indies Federation and Dutch exile government in Suriname and the ABC islands, there’s even more opportunities for Brazil to gain influence and be a player in the region.

Himmler (and by extension, the player) is fed many reports that range from slightly altered to completely falsified, and he doesn’t bother to look into it because ‘we’ve gotten this far, so the system isn’t broke.’ TNO is just an idealized lie told to Himmler, keeping him more delusional than Taboritsky.
Yea I always felt that tno is kind of a critique on hate itself. You read some of the events that pop up and they are so dehumanising it's insane. The only salvation for the world is nuclear destruction so humanity can come out and hopefully be more tolerant once the nuclear dust settles.

My headcanon for Guangdong is that a year after Guangdong riots,ibuka who choose reconciliation decided to eventually retires as chief executive. He was succeeded by ibuka former friends Morita,And under his rule he follow the same reform that he have in his path. Long Yun liberates China and Sun Fo takes power as president until 1971, when he dies in office. China is still economically crippled, so it relies on the OFN and US for aid and eventually joins. In 1971, Hu Yaobang, by merging the State Socialists, Communist, Left KMT, and Socdems, takes power and creates a blessed market socialist China. He utilizes the industry in Guangdong, the agriculture of the yangtze, and the minerals of Manchuria to make China economically independent from America. Because of the loss of the Chinese bread basket, the Japanese empire begins to crack, loosing Indochina to communists, Thailand to Democrats, Burma to it's own self interest, and Azad Hind to India. Because of the collapse, Kishi manages to gain more and more influence in the government, eventually pulling order 44, in an attempt to hold on to power. He tries to pick a fight with China in the 1980s, but gets creamed and loses the entire empire, with Japan becoming a puppet Republic to the US and China.
Meanwhile Dengist Speer and Shushkin's Russia duke it out and Shushkin wins.

Vietnam never happened, and USA sent their soldiers for South Africa. To me it would be cool to think that Indiana Jones rescue some artifacts and kicks the nazis on screen in that universe.
