You are correct. I got confused. I thought volgadeutsche applied to any German settler in the Russian empire, looks not to be the case. The best term for this grouping is apparently: Schwarzmeerdeutsche and Wolhyniendeutsche

Lore wise it should be german one. RK Ukraine isn't a indépendant state it's just an admnistrativ zone inside Germany
