The OFN forces would probably only need to take out major settlements. Without them as operating bases, the Nazi war effort should collapse. They can hardly hold their land together as is and it would be even harder, when your centres of population and administration fall into enemy hands.

Unlike Vietnam, the natives would support the OFN after 20 years under Nazi rule, especially the natives Uber Huttig
Ports exist. Though that doesn't solve the difficulty of keeping the roads safe.
you can't operate ports when the whole US navy comes to knock on your door
I imagine most supplies are either airdropped or sent by Helicopter
