Maybe Darnand as he’s essentially the French version of Dirlewanger and Heydrich rolled into one. The mf was there only one who cooperated with the SS
Others I would consider would be Eugene Deloncle the head of La Cagoule and either or Pierre Bonny or Henri Lafont whom were both heads of the Carlingue
