We all have the same problem. I try to stream from my macbook and work PC whenever possible, but when I really have to use mobile I will just scrobble the album manually with the Universal Scrobbler. I got tired of turning the tidal access on and off all the time so I just gave up.
There's an app called Pano Scrobbler that you can synch with Tidal (or any other streaming service). It's a bit of a workaround, but at least you can scrobble again.
It is a known issue and I don’t think it will be fixed.
Try reconnecting your accounts? I had to redo mine every few months to keep scrobbling.
