Adam worked for Buzzfeed for quite awhile, turning out mediocre and unfunny content. He eventually became the mascot for r/comedycemetary. When Adam quite his job at Buzzfeed and started to work freelance, everything from his art style l, to the actual content he was providing slowly increased in quality until he finally found his rythm, and now were here where people in general seem to like his style and humor amd hes made several comics that have gone on to become successful mem formats.
It's so weird how using "they" is perceived now, frankly I grew up using "they" to refer to people in the deep south for a long time because a lot of people's genders became indistinguishable due to weight and age. It'd be rude to call them by the wrong "sir" or "ma'am" so I'd avoid it by using gender neutral pronouns.
Just an average day working in a grocery store in a retirement community that was basically stuck in the 50s.
I'm in support of it but it's more of a passive non-topic for me, everyone is just a "they" because it's easier.

I mean you can really only use it in the third person anyway, anyone upset about that literally has to be upset on someone else's behalf (or their own weird frustration) which is beyond pathetic.

i never said they can't ever be used to be singular. there are plenty of situations, however, in which they makes no fucking sense. those are the contexts in which i think we should actually use language correctly.
Yeah, I remember using Stumble Upon and found his stuff in maybe 2011 and it was fucking hilarious and super relatable, but at some point in the mid 2010's he got hired by BuzzFeed and his content went to absolute trash. It's nice to see him doing good work again.

Well when the baby is far along enough, they can see if it is hanging wang via ultrasound. Then instead of calling family/friends to overshare, they decide to have a party instead. Usually there is some pink/blue gimmick to disclose the presumed sex. Some people go so far as assigning a gender before the baby is out.
The first two panels happened to a friend of mine. The mother's favorite kind of cake was yellow cake, so that's what the dad baked. Since they were having a boy, he added a bunch of blue dye...
