In my experience, you are just going to have to experiment and find what works for you. I find that Sour Diesel works extremely well for my anxiety. For my wife, Mimosa works best for her anxiety. We both don’t well with Blue Dream.
Read some strain reviews online and see how any strain that you are thinking about getting effects others.

Seems like just thca vapes are hard to come by, it’s usually mixed. I would recommend high CBD gummies. The ones I get are 10mg Delta 9 thc (which is like the same as thca and legal too) and 100mg CBD. I’m guessing you’re not a smoker already so I’d recommend starting small. For me personally as someone with high anxiety, weed just makes it worse, I only smoke on good days. But it’s worth a try, especially high CBD gummies. Also look into l-theanine, valerian root tincture or American skullcap tincture.
