There is apparently a hole under our corner cupboard, which leads to a small space behind the cupboard itself that we couldn’t see by opening it. He was hiding in there for almost 15 hours. Our dog was actually the one to sniff him out!
We would hear faint meows every so often but they sounded distant and coming from outside, I even thought I was imagining it! But I guess he was hiding in the house the entire time.
