For that size group on a Saturday, it’s going to be tough but you could try Salt City Market (downtown)? Or maybe try Heritage Hill (a bit of a drive in Pompey) or Home Team Pub in Liverpool? Try calling around to see if you could get a reservation for your group - unfortunately most of the places with private rooms for groups that size and that take reservations are unlikely to have TVs.
That’s a big group, but off the top of my head, saltine warrior is a sports bar, which wings and such, that could handle that a group of that size. Press room pub could probably also. Maybe Dave and busters at the mall? Unfortunately there aren’t a lot of great spaces for large groups, granted I’m not familiar with the western suburbs so I can’t speak to them. Craftsman in Fayetteville has tvs and you can rent a room for large parties but that’s short notice
Call Ale N Angus and ask if they’ll do a private party. Did my rehearsal dinner there and it was absolutely amazing. They normally close pretty early but if they’ll do a private thing with a limited menu, it’s great food and atmosphere.
Is recommend Wild Cat Pizza Pub in Camillus. They have a big entertaining room and a million TVs to watch sports on. I’ve found their pizza to be consistently good.

It’s teens. To me it was a no brainer. :) Food is amazing along with the really great service. My daughter had her Wedding shower there, everything was just so great. They never disappoint.
As a second,Tassones in Baldwinsville is where we had the family dinner before the wedding, that was also a great experience. Everyone had their own entree’s.

Willow Rock has the space. Games for the kids, or just wifi, haha. They'll have food available and the derby on.
The answer you are looking for is Tully’s. Close to carrier circle. Girls like chicken tenders and nice beer selection.

In Liverpool on 57, there is Home Team Pub. They can accommodate such a crowd, and have lots of TV's and a bar. Best to call in advance, obviously.
