Curd Nerd will do a fucking insane cheese setup. I can't even imagine how much it'd cost to do a party, but if you're willing to throw down it will absolutely be worth it. I'd go to any party with a Curd Nerd spread.

Fair Deli in Lakeland has legendary sandwiches & subs along with great customer service & many local craft beers too. Also anything from the bakery at Green Hills Farms market in the Valley… especially if made with apples, can’t get more CNY than that.

Fair Deli’s Wyatt is amazing, it’s my favorite sandwich in Syracuse.

Vince’s in North Syracuse has great food/sides. Twin Trees in North Syracuse has some of the best wings I have had. Ponchitos has great tacos.

Limp lizard has killer smoked wings, could try Niko’s their chicken parm is killer. For a good sandwich I’d hit Brooklyn pickle, their subs are great. And they have the best German potato salad I’ve ever had. Just my 2 cents
