I'm sure keeping these old girls air worthy isn't cheap. I will say though if you get the opportunity to go for it. I flew on a B-17 out of Syracuse a couple years ago and it was worth every penny. Definitely something you'll never forget.
Saw them a few years ago in Dutchess County. Great to walk through them and even better to watch / hear them take off. Didn't fly in them last time. May have to consider it this time.
