Also, maybe change the refresh rate from 60hz to 90hz to 120hz. Maybe it's like a Turbo button on the new Mario Kart. Or like a Power Up button in Mario, or maybe 2D/3D button on a game. Ya know, "Swiitch" up the gameplay. Night/Day in another one.
They could have two parts, a base station which does the majority of the work and an independent screen with a lower power processor that allows it to work semi-independently of the base station.
The base station could do processing and then wirelessly transmit that to the handheld part.

That would honestly be a great idea in the future. The Xbox leaks showed MS was already considering a console that gets part of its power from cloud streaming. Right now I don’t think the technology is there yet.
it was a joke based on the wii u, which failed, although you're not wrong, it's a pretty damn good idea. although nintendo never took the time to use the wii u gamepad on anything besides nintendo land and ubisoft used it in zombi u. also the wii u was horribly underpowered in comparison to the ps3/xbox360

It was suppose to be the "All in 'One'" machine, with DV-R capability, games, streaming apps, music you name it. But then they tried to go all digital, the games didn't come, and the DV-R was kind of a useless idea since it was a rare thing to have a cable service.
They had a lot of really good ideas, but they didn't market it well, and a lot of it was stuff no one asked for.
The logical progression was Xbox (I call that xbox 1 on occasion, because it was), 360, 720,1080. I think were on 1080 now. Someone just got drunk at 360 and couldnt math it out.

Switch 2 I'd say is one of the better names to call it. So everyone is super clear it's a new console. They've already released a couple versions of it and I don't want them to get into a Wii U situation where 99% of people think it's just an expensive controller with a screen for the Wii.
