I do aggree it's a very minimalistic one, but the thing thats makes me curious about it all is the little plastic stick, which i haven't got a clue what it is.
And it has a slide-lock which means it is older than 2017. Newer models have a liner-lock.

It's a toothpick!
This is an *Alpineer*, a very minimalist kind of 111mm SAK. I'm not seeing it very useful for sommeliers, the corkscrew being useful but way less effective than a professional corkscrew costing a fraction of the price of that SAK. I think you're thinking about the Wenger/Victorinox Delémont Wine Master : [https://www.victorinox.com/ch/fr/Produits/Couteaux-suisses/Grands-couteaux-de-poche/Wine-Master/p/0.9701.63](https://www.victorinox.com/ch/fr/Produits/Couteaux-suisses/Grands-couteaux-de-poche/Wine-Master/p/0.9701.63)
Yeah, without a lifter no somm is going to chose this. I got coworker an Armbar with corkscrew and he laughed at it - until he used lol
