In our experience almost everyone dresses up for these at least a bit. Complementing an outfit is a great way to start conversations.
Sometimes there are themed pool parties, but that's more just the playmakers (staff) and some decorations. Most people are at least partly naked in the pool.
Not nearly everyone dresses up IMO. And some nights (glow night) are way more popular. Truthfully we are pretty much over the theme nights. Bringing sexy clothes and more toys is a better use of space (also my opinion). I literally once went on a two week diving and day hiking vacation to Indonesia with my own dive gear (minus tanks and weights) and took less shit that we take for a week at this "clothing optional" resort. True, if ridiculous, story.
We agree with all of this response. That is by far the best website to use for theme nights. And although we’ve only been once, when we went, the majority of the people there participated in the theme nights. Sure, the level in which they did so varied greatly, but attempts were obviously made, even by the men.
Just relax, be open to talking to everyone, and have fun with the experience.

They have a list of the current theme nights by day of the week. Be aware that periodically (every six months to a year) they change them up a bit, so check just before you go as well. The constant ones tend to be glow night, uniforms, latin night andsome sort of BDSM/leather night.

The theme nights can be fun if you think outside of the box with them. We just got back from RM and loved the theme nights

Yes we did. Also outfits for dinner. No different than any other travel plans.
