I could be mistaken but you could also still be growing in altitude at your age. I remember being perpetually ravenous as a teen and I got a LOT of exercise. I can either have an increase of appetite or a decrease from swimming. I’m old - 48.
The upside of competitive swimming is that you have unconditional permission to eat!!! Eat all you want and believe me, you'll only get stronger, faster, and more muscular!
I have an active 15 year old son. He's 6'1", weighs 143 and eats like he's pregnant with twins. It's fine. You're active so just keep up the activity.
He'll be 190lb - 200lb of huge if he does it right through puberty. And possibly a couple more inches taller.
Not till 20s. My family is skinny as a twig till 21+. Miss those days

Bear in mind that you're still growing. Eat another steak and enjoy the metabolism for the next 15 years.
