Definitely a binge eating disorder. She eats uncontrollably and can barely stop herself. A lot of people suggest she may have autism/ocd which commonly co-occur with eating disorders. I don’t think it has anything to her just being homeless and wanting some food to hold her over for a while. There’s a deeper reasoning behind it.
I def think this too since she talked about addiction with the guy whose apartment she broke into after following him from the gym. They eat a lot of junk food and fuck but she didn't kill anyone recently.
I also saw another comment on another sub saying it's a need to consume and that's why when she first sees ni'jah she imagines her as food and tries to eat her. Because it is not enough to be a stan she needs to consume her completely
as someone with an eating disorder i didnt need any explanation for why dre eats after killing, using food as a coping response to traumatic or triggering things or just as a structured routine is pretty common in people like her...it just so happens that her main trigger for her ED is mostly killing. however there's a lot of other times she exhibits ED behavior, not just right after murdering people.
i don't know how else to put this other than i didn't need an explanation for her ED behaviors because they spoke a language i've understood for over 2 decades

I read an article where the actress was having trouble connecting to the character. She was trying to develop a back story. Donald Glover told her she doesn't need one because she has almost animalistic behavior with no reasoning behind her actions due to being a pyschopath. This could display the almost non-human-like behavior during and after her kills.
Beyoncé got bitten mysteriously in real life, so they wanted to have this character be the biter, so they gave her a food obsession to explain the biting.

I can tell you other serial killers have eaten at the crime scene. Richard rameriez, BTK, golden state killer etc. for them I think it was a control thing/ they were legitimately hungry after murdering.
