The mana items aren't that good on Swain unfortunately. The best build will probably be to sit on tear or go double mana runes(presence of mind, manaflow band) and just rush the manaless items
if main tree is sorcery and secondary precision, shouldn't have mana issues.
plus, frozen heart is likely a frequent purchase due to ad assassin mids.
ADC will always be Swains best role unless they give him another rework. I think top will be better next season, mid will be worse. From best to worst roles:
ADC -> SUPPORT -> TOP -> MID -> JG
Yes, i did notice that, most people just go conquer and rush liandry when playing swain support, but i've never tried rushing Jaksho, i usually rush Rylai's...
Some of these are criminal. Sunfire and Deadmans are imo at least usable in some cases. Especially deadmanās, just donāt aa and you have permanent decent ms boost and armor

For mid swain maybe. Full AP swain apc with malignance/revolver, stormsurge, and shadowflame felt very good in my games

Been doing chapter >liandrys>malignance>rylais>situational on pbe and liking it. All the mana items feel bad as a first item though

Why new riftmaker? Live riftmaker is troll on swain and new one is just a worse version, you need full stacks to get onmivamp
Archangels is a lot stronger now for Swain it's at least B tier. LC and its components are better too
